BASIC CARE
REQUIRED ITEMS
Basic Care is recommended to be performed once a month or once every other month
Apply cleaner to your rag, hold the rag against the bicycle chain and push the pedals with your hands to run the entire chain against the rag. This should remove any buildup of dirt or oil which has worked its way into your gear mechanism.
Apply lubricant to your rag, and repeat the same process as above. This will prevent buildup of dirt and keep the chain operating smoothly.
